I was delighted to find at the conference a wide range of highly professional and exciting speakers from all over the world, and an international and local audience of such high caliber and diversity. This made for an extremely interactive, educational and insightful three days. I was pleased to make new contacts and friends, happy to spread the message of Sustainable Human Resources Management and honored to join the panel chaired by Dr Baskhar Chatterjee at World CSR Day. The blending of CSR and HR is truly encouraging and will position Indian business for even greater success in the future.
The Awards evenings were entertaining and hosted by yourself with great charm. All Award recipients were made to feel special, and I think this is an important and refreshing interlude in regular work schedules, when we often do not make the time to recognize advancement and achievement. I love your approach. I am sorry that I was not able to attend the final CSR Awards evening, having had to leave early to catch my flight.
Finally, I do hope to come back to India for future conferences. I will be writing on my blogs about the events and will be sure to recommend to all my networks to mark their calendars for next year.
