As is my custom and practice I like to recap some of my thoughts and reflections when I am invited to speak and participate in major events such as the Congress. I want to share how humbled and honored I was at being selected to receive the Outstanding Leadership Award and at being invited to speak to the conference attendees in a plenary session.

I have written some of my thoughts regarding the conference, the growing interest in diversity and inclusion, and other human resource practices in India. I had the opportunity to tour your wonderful city and visit such places and Gandhi house and the Taj Mahal Hotel. I felt a deep spiritual feeling at both places.
