Rajesh Jain

Mr. Rajesh Jain is a business leader turned HR leader with extensive experience in developing and executing Business Strategies through aligned and robust HR strategies. He has worked in diverse Industries such as Office Automation, Technical Service, Power, Renewable Energy, Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Infrastructure Development. His functional experience cuts across Strategy, Business, Quality, Marketing, Finance and HR. He has been crucial in delivering sustained organizational growth in various dynamic and multi-cultural environments. His diverse experience enables him today to play the part of a strategist, an advisor, a coach, and a visionary leader.
Over the last 30 years, he has served in large enterprises such as Xerox, Eaton, Suzlon, Srei, and he is currently working as the CHRO of Welspun Enterprises Limited in Mumbai, where he truly believes in building a vision-aligned organization by being an enabler and partner for strategic goals of the business and by bringing in world-class practices within the organization.
Rajesh is an experienced Senior Assessor of The Malcolm Baldridge Business Excellence Model and The CII HR Excellence Model. He is also Six Sigma certified.
He is also an active MBA program lecturer at Calcutta University, a trainer, and a coach. He regularly participates as a speaker in various conferences related to Business Strategy, HR Excellence, and Leveraging on Technology, to name a few. At a personal level, he believes in holistic well-being through his lifestyle choices – he is a marathoner and is a regular practitioner of yoga.
