Dr. Raymond Jambaya is an Industrial psychologist, Faculty and Tech advocate. With over 15 years' experience, he is the Lead Consultant of L&D Technologies at multi-award-winning People Potential (Malaysia), working with various leading global clients on post-training reinforcement, behaviour change and implementation of disruptive learning technologies. Dr Raymond has spearheaded HR functions in the areas of HRIS, L&D, talent, culture, and performance management, including holding various strategic executive posts in both public and private sector firms in Africa and Asia. A practitioner of Transcendental meditation, with an academic and professional merit record, he has published and collaborated on work covering managerial psychology, technology risk cultures, social learning, performance analytics, L&D innovation, and knowledge management. He often hosts and participates in seminars sharing insights on L&D Tech.
