Wellington Hepburn is the Senior Manager of Training and Development for Commonwealth Bank Ltd. in Nassau, Bahamas. Mr. Hepburn has oversight of talent development, succession planning, performance management, training, development, talent analytics and career pathing. Over the past 20 years, he has participated in the design of Talent Management strategy for companies in The Bahamas and Canada.

Mr. Hepburn is also the President of Wellington Hepburn International (WHI), which is a consulting company facilitating HR Freedom Workshops, HR Freedom Speakers Bureau, DisruptHR Nassau, DisruptHR Grand Bahama, international presentations and customized corporate workshops. Additionally, Mr. Hepburn is the current President-Elect of The Bahamas Society for Human Resources Management (BSHRM), and he has served on the 2015 Executive Board.

As a Senior HR Professional, he has earned the following designations including: Global Talent Management Leader (GTML), Senior Professional of Human Resources International (SPHRi), Certified HR Manager (CHRM), Certified HR Analyst (CHRA) and is currently pursuing his Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.

In June 2019, Wellington became the first Bahamian to deliver a workshop at the SHRM Annual International Conference and Exposition. As a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), he has also delivered over 200+ presentations in The USA, Canada and The Bahamas.

He is married to Rose Hepburn and they have one daughter (Sienna Hepburn) and one son (Myles Hepburn).
