Anna is an HR professional with extensive experience in all strategic human capital functions and proven track record of success in aligning the human capital plan with business strategy and vision.

With a history of working in the financial and legal services industry, she is skilled in Organizational Restructuring, Efficiency Optimization, Strategic Business Planning, Talent Acquisition, Retention practices, Talent Management, Career Development, Coaching and Communication and Team Building, amongst others. She acquires a strong academic background with a BSc in Psychology, MSc in Human Resource Development and an LLM in Employment Law.
