Dhamayanthi, Associate Vice President at HCL Technologies has received several accolades for her contribution in HR including the International CLO Learning in Practice awards. She was awarded the Gold Business Impact award and the Silver Strategy Award during the Chief Learning Officer’s Symposium in2013 in California and certificate of Merit in Trailblazer category in 2012, for her accomplishment in measuring the business impact of the organization’s workforce development programs, for her contribution towards developing and executing learning strategy and for launching a new enterprise learning function and completely overhauling existing workforce development initiatives. She has also won HR Leadership award, Best Learning Leader, HR Tech Leader, Training leader of the year and Women Super achiever awards and identified as one among the Top 50 Most Talented HR Leaders in South India in Sep 2017.

Dhamayanthi had led her team at HCL to win 50+ awards including ATD Excellence in Practice Awards, Bersin by Deloitte Awards and Brandon Hall group Excellence in Learning Awards.

Dhamayanthi has received “Most Valuable Professional” Award from Microsoft for C#.NET. She has presented 20+ papers in various international/national conferences. She is a Member of Board of Studies for PG Computer Science at the University of Madras. She is also a member in the judging panel for Chief Learning Officer Awards, USA.

She has been a speaker at various industry forums including CII, SHRM, NHRD, IHRD, People Matters, World HRD Congress, PMI and Dun & Bradstreet.
