Dipak Kumar Singh

Dipak Kumar Singh is a senior bureaucrat in Government of Bihar. He is Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of 1992 batch and has handled several important portfolios in state government as well as Central government. Currently he is the Principal Secretary of Labour Resources Department, Govt of Bihar. He is also handling the profile of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Bihar Skill Development Mission (BSDM) as well. He has also handled important portfolios earlier like Secretary, Water Resources Department, Govt. of Bihar (GoB); Managing Director, Bihar State Industrial Development Corporation, GoB; Secretary, Environment & Forest Department; Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO), Ministry of Textiles Handicrafts & Handloom Export Corporation (HHEC) & Central Cottage, GoI, New Delhi; Director, Ministry of Finance, GoI, Department of Economic Affairs; IG Prisons, Home Department, GoB; Secretary, State Electricity Board along with District Magistrates of several districts. He is M. Phil. in International Studies from JNU and holds PG Diploma in International Law.
