Flip Ruby

Flip is the current Group Head and Director of Human Resources and Corporate Services of Zalora Philippines, Asia's #1 Online Fashion Destination and Entrego Fulfillment Solutions Inc., Ayala Infrastructures' new Logistics Venture. He heads several departments covering Human Resources, Administration, IT, Security and Procurement. He also heads the Learning and Development for Zalora SEA Region. Prior to joining Zalora in 2016, he was the Head of Performance Management of PLDT Inc., the leading Telecommunications Company in the Philippines. He is a graduate of Ateneo De Manila University, with a degree in BS Management Engineering (Honors), and is also a Certified Management Planner from Barker Hoffman Consulting. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Gilo Agricultural Corporation and Victoria Agricultural Trading & Investment Ltd.
