Gill McKay

Gill McKay is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience gained from a varied career focusing on helping business leaders and HR functions enhance business performance, build capability and implement transformation initiatives. She has proven leadership, management and field experience with a record of achievement in HR, learning and development, consultancy, change management, marketing and communications, operating successfully with internal and external clients. Her specialist areas are in organisational and leadership development and she describes herself to be “all about building capability” – at the individual, team and organisational levels.

Passionate about neuroscience, Gill is joint Managing Director of My Brain International, the creators of MiND, the world’s only neurometric profiling tool. The company is dedicated to helping people, teams and even whole organisations become more effective by applying neuroscientific knowledge and techniques to their work.

In her work, Gill draws on her skills as a trained coach, mentor, facilitator and behavioural psychometric/neurometric assessor. Gill has long international experience and regularly works with diverse and multinational teams. She has held both local and global roles in large blue-chip organisations as well as smaller companies and has many years’ experience in designing and delivering conference speeches, development workshops and coaching programmes, enjoying the opportunity for group discussion, networking, one to one work and on-going learning and sharing.
