Irvandi Ferizal

More than 27years experience in the field of Human Resources; Irvandi Ferizal is recognized as the figure in HR Indonesia’s communities. He has as strong passion for development of HR professionalism ; either in Indonesia and in ASEAN region. Irvandi is the Chairman of Indonesia HR Association (PMSM) for period 2013-2016. He is very active to share on best practice HR Management in international, regional, and national events; included in national seminar, business school and other events. As ultimate of his passion for sharing; he released his book “ The Journey to be Employer of Choice”.In 2017, Irvandi is awarded by Indonesia Human Capital Award (IHCA) as Best of the Best Human Capital Director, and as Best Human Capital Director for Employee Engagement in 2018. He won Asia HRD Congress Award in 2006 for category Contribution to Organization and World HRD Congress Award 2018 for HR Leadership; won Top 100 Most Talented Global HR Leaders from CHRO Asia 2015 ,Dave Ulrich Award for HR Leadership Excellence in 2016, CHRO of the Year 2017.

Irvandi show a perfect professional who grow in national and multinational organization, as Training & Development Manager in Kalbe Farma, Country HR Director in TNT Indonesia as Head of HR Subregion Indonesia for Nokia Siemens Networks, HR Director for Mondelez Indonesia & as HR Leader for Southeast Asia on ISC business unit, and now as Human Capital Director PT.BankMaybank Indonesia.
