Mehjabeen Poonawala, is a global leader having more than 20 years of IT experience, with the last 8 years focused on Enterprise Agile Adoption and Organization Transformation. Her professional passion is “Transformation”; that is transforming mind-set, attitude, behaviour and way of working. She has demonstrated a proven ability of building high performing Lean-Agile teams, delivering quantum and sustainable results.

Mehjabeen is currently working as the Head of Agile Centre of Excellence at Finastra and also leading the Learning Enablement initiative for the Finastra Product & Technology group. The experience garnered by traversing through a gamut of roles from development to product management to pre-sales to process excellence, have influenced a pragmatic and empathetic approach to transformation.
