She is HR professional with extensive experiences in all HR area i.e. as HR Strategy, Organization Design, Build Organization Capability, Succession Planning, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Total Reward & Recognition, Company Acquisitions & Mergers, Crisis Management, HR Consulting, and recently implementing the HR Digital Platforms etc.

Currently she is the Head of Human Resources for The Mall Group Company which is one of the biggest shopping complexes where it is the nation's leading premier retailer with operations in 12 shopping complexes. Her major role in such a realm with infinite possibilities for happiness is to lead the HR team of The Mall Group in HR transformation and Digital HR campaign in order to help company's sustainable growth. She encourages employees to utilize digital technology to their work to sharpen their skills on digital, service and service platforms.

Prior to joining The Mall Group Company, William worked as Head of Human Resources for a multinational as Johnson & Johnson, Dole Thailand and later as an independent HR Executive Consultant.
