Isabell Dittmar is an international human resources leader, certified business coach and trainer. Rooted in neuroscience and enriched with easily transferable tools based on mindfulness, she supports companies and individuals in their growth of emotional intelligence - the key leadership skill in our modern world - to helpthem shine in their full potential.
Isabell strongly believes that emotional intelligence is the differentiator for human kind in the years ahead: Self-awareness, self-management, motivation, empathy and compassionate leadership skills unlock personal health and happiness, as well as support the professional success of individuals and teams.
Isabellhas 15 years of HR leadership experience on board level in multinationals in the automotive, machine, packaging & retail industry. Prior to her career in HR, Isabell wasa strategy consultant with The Boston Consulting Group and a financial controller with Robert Bosch.
She has a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT, Germany) and the École de Management Européen (IECS, France), and is a Certified Coach and Trainer for neuroscience based mindful leadership and emotional intelligence with over 18 years of experience in mindfulness practices.
A German national, Isabell has found a home in Switzerland 10 years agoand has lived in Germany, France, Spain, México and Perù. She is fluent in German, English, Spanish, French and Italian.
