Carole Davidson

Having worked in international corporate HR as a director for over 20 years developing people’s potential, Carole combines her deep expertise in leadership and coaching with an understanding of the challenges her corporate and public sector clients face. Commencing her own Coaching business over 13 years ago she is an Accredited Senior Coach Practitioner and Qualified Coach Supervisor with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and as an EMCC International Assessor, has Chaired the European Accreditation Panel.

More recently she has added coaching and mentoring Millennials to her practice, where she has encouraged their development and vision to succeed as an ‘intrapreneur’ within their current organisation or to start their own business. She has adapted her coaching style to provide opportunities for meeting the needs of the on-demand mindset. Several of the Millennial start-ups she has coached and mentored have won national awards in recognition of their innovative products and continuous growth.

She is a published author of an e-pub ‘Flying Solo under 30’ which introduces the budding entrepreneur to the fundamentals of starting a business.
