Fran S. Riego De Dios

Fran Saguindang-Riego de Dios is Stellar’s Learning & Culture Director. She has been with Stellar Philippines for 8 years heading up the Learning & Culture team responsible for product/process training, effective enculturation of the OBM culture & leadership development. Her 15-year experience in the BPO industry range from facilitation, gap analysis, course design and talent development. She and her team worked on applying blended instructional design techniques and methodologies using blended delivery methods including e-learning & classroom-based workshops to achieve excellent customer experience. Her team also launched a platform, to ensure increased bench strength, focused on upskilling and on-the-job immersion which has helped the organization sustain growth. Fran’s work history includes working as a professor in one of the universities in the Philippines. She also conducted scientific research on biodiversity and published scientific papers in completion of her master’s degree in Biology. During her free time, she maintains a personal blogsites dedicated to Life Sciences and leadership development.
