Gill McKay

Gill McKay is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience gained from a varied career focusing on helping individuals, teams, business leaders and HR functions enhance performance, build capability and implement transformation initiatives. Passionate about neuroscience, Gill is now joint Managing Director of MyBrain International, providing tools and materials to enable professional coaches and trainers to use the exciting, evolving subject of neuroscience in their work so they can gain better results with their clients. MyBrain International is the creator of MiND, a unique neurometric profiling tool which enables people to become more effective by building self-awareness of their neurological preferences which strongly influence their thinking and communication style.

Today MyBrain International has representatives in multiple countries around the world with numerous accredited practitioners applying their tools and techniques to great effect in their own coaching and development practices.

Gill has previously held international roles in large corporates with proven leadership and field experience and a record of achievement in coaching, learning and development, HR consultancy, change management and communications, describing herself to be “all about building capability and confidence”.

Gill has recently published her book STUCK - Brain Smart Insights for Coaches to enable coaches and development professionals to learn about neuroscience and how to experience even better outcomes with their clients.
