With over a span of 13 years of coaching and impacting lives, he has been actively helping individuals and organizations to build resilience and tenacity for the future economy.

As a highly sought-after results and transformation coach. He believes that coaching is the key to creating positive and impactful change in people. Having coached clients from around the world, he found that coaching was a key enabler in driving peak performance and creating results.

He developed the C.O.A.C.H coaching framework build upon the ICF Core Competencies of coaching to empower coaches with coaching strategies to create breakthroughs for their clients. His coaching process focuses on helping clients gain deeper awareness and clarity, create solutioning, establish progress and accountability, and generate the results the client desires.

He is the founder of Coaching Changes Lives (CCL), the leading organization in Coaching Certification and Cross-Cultural Leadership. CCL has offices based in Singapore and USA. It has been the cultural bridge to offer deeper appreciation and communication engagement across the diversity of peoples and organization. He is also the co-founder of Jedi Blake International (JBI), the creators of Quantum Neuro-Engineering and leading transformative change for individuals and organizations.

Receiving a Master’s Degree in Leadership in Organizational Learning, Certified C-Suite Leadership and Team Coach, Master Certified Coach with ICF, ITA NLP Trainer and Certifying Member has enabled Jedidiah to leverage on various coaching tools to help organizations and individuals achieve new levels of success and growth.

As an Executive and Life Coach, he specializes in helping clients create results, resolve inner conflicts, experience Total Wellness (Mental, Physical and Emotional). He utilizes Deep Inner Work (DIW) coaching tools to enhance the coaching journey for clients.

As a Voice Coach, he works with individuals to empower their voice. Jedidiah helps his clients achieve vocal freedom and maintenance to bring out their full potential of their voice.

With a career spanning across governmental to corporate organizations, it has enabled Jedidiah to develop keen problem-solving skills, strategy, change management and organizational culture across various industries. He believes that communication is the key factor in creating productivity and growth. Communication both to self, team, organization and public are critical in ensuring the right action taken to produce the desired results.
