Currently he is associated with a Leading conglomerate - MOTISUN GROUP which has spread in East Africa, engaged in both Profit and Social enterprise. He is helping Business in Emerging Market with Strategic initiatives and Organization Development . He is able to create strong leadership pipeline and performance Measure to ensure sustainability and Economic growth.

Ratnakar has helped in setting up start up organization, Green field Project, Joint Ventures Business and have developed cross-cultural Team. He has been able to design process , Measures to create performance culture and cohesive team. Ratnakar has contributed in Talent acquisition and diversity of culture and it’s Management. He has varied exposure to Manufacturing sector ranging from Steel, Mines, Cement, Engineering, Chemicals, Agro, Petroleum, Paints, Plastic, Electronics, FMCG, Retail, Health care, Education, Financial Services. He has helped organization to bring business excellence as he is trained on EFQM, TQM, and TPM.

He has trained several corporates in various areas of Managing business, Leadership, Team building, Management Processes, Quality, Culture and Coach small and Medium enterprisers in crating sustainable strategy.

He is recipient of Scholarship from AOTS- Japan three times in the area of Strategy, sustainability and Quality.

He has Master in Psychology & behavioral Science as well Management degree. His doctoral research is on the area of Organizational transformation, Sustainability and Leadership
