Regina Tendayi is a senior certified global human resources professional (SCP- SHRM-USA), one of the few locally conferred Chartered Human Resources Practitioner by the Institute of People Management of Zimbabwe is currently enrolled for a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership with the Thomas Jefferson University, USA. Regina is a multi-HR award winner and an Author of HR books, has more than 20 years’ experience leading and managing people in fluid and fast- paced global environments. Regina has held strategic human resources and organization development positions in countries that include Zimbabwe, Malawi and Botswana working for global professional firms and organizations that include PwC, KPMG, Econet Wireless among others, and currently health care insurance, Premier Service Medical Aid Society as Director Human Resources and Administration. Regina balances strategic and tactical approach to leadership as well as systemic and analytical mind-set to complex problem solving and decision making in business, is keen on organization transformation, values respect of people, cultural sensitivity, teamwork, coaching and performance with results. Regina, as an author, has published to date two Human Resources Management books entitled: My Boss the Bully, A chilling revelation into corporate human resources management and HANDS OFF! Avoiding Sexual Harassment in the Workplace. She uses a practical approach to her authorship making her books suitable for not only organizations, leaders and all levels of staff but also provide good reference and case studies for scholarly purposes. Regina is a well looked for speaker on topical HR issues, which she covers adeptly with enthusiasm. Regina is an avid philanthropist and supports people living with disabilities and youths against drug, alcohol and sexual abuse.
