Professional Experience
A Human Resources professional with 16+ years of experience, having handled the entire gamut of HR Activities- Talent Acquisition, Organisation Development, Performance Management, Competency Management, Compensation, Training & Employee Development. Experience in MNC's in the Software IT Industry, Product Company & now the Manufacturing Company for the past 2.5 Yrs. Was deputed to Germany for 2 Years- 01.04.2006 to 31.03.2008.
Present: Working with Lapp India Pvt Ltd, Bangalore as Vice President : CHRO & CIO., Bangalore, since 07.07.2012. Have been given the additional responsibility of heading the "IT Department" wef 01.01.2015. Member of the "EMT"
Highlights:
Assessment Centre' (Management Development Centre): Part of the team to introduce & institutionalize the 'Assessment centre'- Involved in conceptualizing, formulating the Exercises & Co-Moderating the Sessions.
Behavioral Trainings: Been a Trainer for "Campus to Corporate", "Performance Review Trainings" & Moderator for "Bosch Values" workshops.
Compensation & Benefits: Am responsible for the Compensation & Benefits for the entire Organisation.
Employee Development: Employee Development Initiatives for the Organisation, including Performance Appraisals, Potential Identification & Assessment, etc.
IDEA Scheme: Successfully developed & introduced the 'Improvement Suggestion Scheme at RBIN.
Industrial Relations: Successfully managed the "3 Years Wage Settlement" in a record time without involving 3 rd Party. This was the first of it's kind for the company- Lapp India.
International Exposure: Was in Germany for 2 Years- working with a "Multi-Cultural Team", working on a process to introduce the "Competency Management" in Bosch.
Handled the 'Employee Satisfaction Survey' & 'Meet the CEO' sessions.
LeaD- Leadership Development: Part of the team to implement the 05 modules of the LeaD Programme.
Organisation Restructuring: Instrumental in a major "Organisation Resturcturing" exercise in Lapp India, which successfully has lead to almost a transformation of the Organisation.
