Biography

Vimala is the HR Lead for AIG Malaysia Insurance. Her passion for people has led her in her pursuit to drive talent agenda in the organizations she’s been with. With over 19 years of excellent professional experience in various industries specializing in Human Resource, she brings with her strong business acumen and solid people skill. Her areas of expertise include talent acquisition, talent management, employer branding and industrial relation. In her previous assignment in Siemens Malaysia where she was heading Talent Acquisition, IR & Employer Branding, she pioneered the engagement initiative under the umbrella of PRIDE@Siemens which gained recognition and bagged some awards.
