Charlotte Ibanez

Charlotte is a Corporate Legal Consultant and Strategic HR Professional. Currently she serves as the Head of Legal and Human Capital Departments at Godoba Group with offices in Dubai and Oman. Previously, she's one of the pioneers of the HR Department who functionally served as the Head of HR at Tamouh Group, one of the conglomerate companies under the Royal Group of His Highness Sheikh Tahnoon Bin Zayed Al Nahyan in Abu Dhabi.

She brings over 24 years of professional experience and 12 years of which was spent in the Middle East as a board advisor, corporate secretary,legal advisor, commercial, contract and procurement manager in several organisations and many industry sectors.

Her extensive knowledge and experience in Strategic and Operational Human Resources Managementenables her to lead Organizational Change and Development, Talent Acquisition and Transformation, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Compensation and Benefits.She believes that every person is endowed by God with talents and abilities that have to be nurtured and developed to help them achieve their purpose and positively impact the business and the people around.

She's a Certified Balance Scorecard Professional from George Washington University. She completed her Master of Laws at Michigan State University College of Law. She became DIAC 40 Young Practitioner's Group and an associate member of Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). She has been certified in Negotiation, State Court Approved Civil Facilitative Mediator in Michigan. She is also a Certified IMS Auditorand served as one of the company's internal auditors. She completed Advance Commercial and Contract Management/Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) at Franklin University. She is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), UK. She also completed her degrees in Juris Doctor and A.B. Political Science major in International Relations. She received several awards and accolades as an academic achiever, debater and public speaker.

As an author at GOD TV, UK she writes and blogs on topics from business, leadership, people, life, to faith. Her love for writing stems from being a feature editor in school and a news editor at AUSL Law Gazette. She's currently a partner at Tasmeem Events and a presenter at Seed of Life. She provides services asacorporate trainer, HR and legal consultant, career strategist, business coach, writer, public speaker and event management enthusiast.
