Emmanuel is a Disruptive HR Thinker, A Global HR Leaderand an Esteemed HR Global Speaker with experience in the African and Asian market. He is an HR Advisor for 3rd Eye Africa Consulting Group,a Renowned HR Guest Columnist with more than 100 HR Articles With News Day Zimbabwe and an Expert Contributor for Thriving Magazine South Africa. He has spoken in various Global Plartforms such as Confederation of Indian Industry with the Theme "HR Future Ready", The Pan-African HR e conference, Coach of Steve Jobs Conference and other various Global plartmforms. Emmanuel has trained a variety of Public and Private sectors companies in Sourthen Africa.

He has given advisory services to many start-up companies with regards to HR Policy Formulation and Implementation and the setting up of HR Departments. In 2020 the Industrial Psychology Consultants published a list of top 30 HR Great Minds in Zimbabwe and he was also among the list. Emmanuel holds a Strategic Management Master Degree from Chinhoyi University of Technology in Zimbabwe and a variety of certificates from London Chambers of Commerce Institute and PECB Canada.
