Biography
Siny is an international bilingual Human Resources leader (English & Dutch) with 15 years of experience in automating and deploying technology enabled Talent management practices within IT and Fintech organizations across the globe. She is a Senior HR Business Partner &advisor to business and HRBPs on Talent strategy and Transformations.
At ING Netherlands Bankshe is currently leading and guiding in building a Chatbot for HR, where ING is pioneering the launch of virtual assistant for HR in the Netherlands. She is also a subject matter expert on HR tooling/automation within ING HR team.
Prior to ING she has worked for TNT FedEx Amsterdam transforming performance management in 120 countries.
Siny has been in various roles including Talent attraction and HRBP roles regionally and globally with Tata consultancy services in Mumbai and Amsterdam.
Siny delivers superior employee experience via people and technology.
On the personal front Siny loves to learn languages namely Dutch and Sanskrit and has keen interest in ancient yogic literature/ contemporary studies.
She resides in Amsterdam with her husband who is an IT professional
