Mr. Harish is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Suguna Group. Being a people person, Mr. Harish's contribution to the work culture and workforce performance is significant. An HR Management professional for more than 18+ years, having a diversified experience across various industries such as auto-ancillary, telecom, EPC, infrastructure, and chemical industry.

In Suguna, his primary responsibility is to drive strategic focus in driving organizational excellence in HR and transforming the organization by driving high-performance work culture most engagingly. He has undertaken numerous initiatives, which are towards creating an engaged work culture focussing on Leadership & digital transformation. His main focus spearheading the Leadership transformation across the group to build the future business. His passion for branding and communication has led to driving brand transformation initiatives for the group and presently drives the branding and communication initiatives for the group.

Harish is a certified Situational Leadership Trainer, an MBTI trainer& accredited coach by International Coaching Federation. Mr. Harish sees technology as a tool that can be leveraged to drive simplicity and efficiency across business functions by adopting new technology, connected teams which in turn helps in enhancing operational excellence. Mr. Harish leads the HR digitalization activities enhancing employee productivity and enhancing engagement levels across Suguna Group.
