Biography

Ameya is one of those exceptional leaders who has over 13 years of broad experience and who approaches his work with a blend of people and business abilities. He has completed his Masters "Human Resources” along with a “Post-Graduation" Certification from the prestigious "XLRI- Jamshedpur" in Human Resource Management.

His interest lies is in behavioral science organizational development, HR, NLP, and business HR. He was an engineering professional before switching to studying HR by choice. He is also an Anthroposophy & Steiner education enthusiast and has also co-authored a book on Parenting along with his wife Diptii named Sarvavyaapi Siksha.

It is well known that Ameya has contributed significantly to the development of organizations through his organizational development strategies, the implementation of strategic HR processes, mentoring, the institutionalization and empowerment of the HR department, and the management of sizable, diverse human resources in growing businesses. His contribution is his past assignments was always appreciated and recognized by various well-known institutions.

He is currently the Head - Human Resource & Administation at LEAP India - A market leader in the Logistics Solutions space. Due to his proficiency in his domain, he has previously held several prominent positions in some of the best companies like Mahindra & Mahindra, Kanakia Group, HDFC AMC, Carnival Group and Famy Group.

He has a remarkable capacity to motivate and guide people to reach their highest potential. His ability to think strategically enables him to successfully plan and execute projects from start to finish. His unique blend of business acumen and people management has also led him to run two successful ventures in his past roles as Business Head in Skilling & Dairy space at the Carnival Group.

His passion & core need for helping people has also led him to use technology to help people. He founded the "HR Jobs" WhatsApp Group, whose main goal is to help HR professionals land their ideal jobs. The core purpose of this Group is “Roles match Souls”, more than 3000 individuals are active in this WhatsApp community now.
