Biography
A BS PSYCHOLOGY graduate from Adamson University, with Masters in Psychology from University of Santo Tomas. He finished Diploma in Human Resources Management & Development at Jose Rizal University.
30+ years experience in Human Resources Management
- Direct, supervise, and manage the overall HR Strategy in the organization; creating a strong partnerships and acting a confidante, coach/mentor & constructive challenger to all stakeholders
- Drives development & delivery all HR strategy and lead communication, implementation and measurement of key people initiatives & programs within the organization, supporting a vibrant, fast-pace and a high performance culture
- Work closely with HR expert and colleagues in the organization aligned with the overall objectives and mission, policies & procedures
