I believe that me as a leader, I am responsible for empowering and inspiring individuals in the organization for them to achieve their highest potential by encouraging innovation and change management. It is also important to facilitate my team’s creative thinking, risk management and help them to identify the learning from failures which is possible only by developing a growth mindset and sharing right expectations and periodical feedback.
As an individual and as the leader of the organization I am responsible and demonstrating highest level of integrity and a strong work ethic. It is very important for me to work towards creating an inclusive work environment which promotes, encourages and embrace diversity and right opportunities for all with a platform to leverage different backgrounds, experiences, culture and viewpoints which will in turn create an high performance work culture.
Been in the HR industry for more 18 years and enjoys everyday of it which helps me to meet new people every day and handle new challenges and provide innovative solutions. Started my career with TCS as a fresher from DGVC college (MSW) in 2005 and joined their recruitment team as a Campus Recruitment Lead for Tamil Nadu. Handled various complex projects and assignment from day 1 which helped me to take up different roles in HR operations, HR Business Partnering and many more. Had a huge stint in Capgemini Financial Services Chennai after completing few years with Oracle Corporation as an OD consultant. M&A projects got into my profile starting with Capgemini and enabled me to travel to UK for one such Post M&A integration exercise.
Overall, in the last 18 years I have personally handled close to 7 Major acquisitions both India and International organization. Post Capgemini, joined Aspire System as a India HR Head in the year 2015 and worked their till 2022. Left as Associate Director HR , heading the HR Division for India and Europe. As part of an Integration project relocated to Poland along with my family and worked there for 3+ years . Though I was based out of Poland, handled HR operations for UK, Netherlands, Sweden, Belgium, Ireland, Finland and Poland which was an amazing learning opportunity. Held the GDPR Core committee from HR angle for the Europe Market and developed the region by 25% both headcount and business.
Currently heading the HR for IRIS Software Group in India which is called as IRIS KPO Resourcing India Private limited and working towards global integration of various process with our parent company.
Handled a biggest team of 20+ people which keeps varying depending on the role. Always open for change and new challenges. Flexibility is my biggest strength which helped me to take up all new opportunities on my way and make the best use of it. Creating Common Employee Experience and great employer branding and work towards various initiatives on the same including identifying Top Talent and mobilize that group for various activities.
On the social side, working as a free HR consultant for NGOs, small scale industries and some Self-Help group. A huge belief on D&I principles and implement at my work using every initiative on my table. I believe in giving back to society, I always try to do that not just by money but predominantly by knowledge. Visits various institutes and schools as a motivational speaker and inspire the young and future generations of this world.
