Head of training, organization development, employee engagement and volunteer programs of the corporate foundation of one of the oldest and largest conglomerates in the country. Ayala Foundation manages the Ayala Museum, Filipinas Heritage Library, Ayala Young Leaders Congress, FYLPRO, CENTEX (Center for Excellence schools), among other education, sustainable livelihood, and community development programs all throughout the country.

• Designed the first talent development framework (experiential) and leadership development program for executives and management team; developed the succession management program, assessed employee engagement and facilitated strategic planning sessions and engagement activities (team buildings, family day, new hire tour of community projects, etc.) for the entire organization.
• Established partnership with global learning providers (e.g. ICF coaching training, DDI, Gallup, Ken Blanchard, Kepner Tregoe, DISC Flow, Dale Carnegie, etc.) and local experts (PMAP, PGCA, PAP, PCS, PSTD, etc.) to provide the best training programs, mental wellness sessions and DEI capacity building initiatives for all foundation employees. Through these new strategic partnerships, the foundation recorded an increase of more than 300% in training and engagement programs and more than 87% annual cost savings.
• Spearheaded the inception of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) network of the entire Ayala group of companies (BPI, Globe, Ayala Land, etc.) which resulted to better implementation of community development programs (faster and larger disaster response and education, health programs, etc.).
• As the Business Continuity Manager, established the protocols and plans for the continued operation of the Foundation in case of crises and business disruptions brought about by possible calamities and other types of risks (reputational, security, etc.).
