Biography

Kisan Kalambe has over two decades of core Compensation & Benefits experience in Information Technology and Manufacturing Sector. Worked with world`s renowned companies like Mahindra & Mahindra, Capgemini, Mastek & iSmart International. Played a instrumental role in C&B process setup in United Kingdom as a new country penetration. Managed C&B processes of 20 countries, including multiple cycles of compensation related cycles for 20 countries globally including India, USA, Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia & Japan. Managed designing & execution of multiple LTI plans domestically & internationally. Studied in rural environment up to class 12th in vernacular medium, overcame extreme poverty to become HR Professional in a competitive corporate world by successfully completing BA in Economics & MBA HR from NMIMS, Mumbai. His Areas of expertise include: Compensation design & revision modelling, Total Rewards, Design of Long-Term Incentive plans (equity & non equity). Global Mobility. Presently Kisan is working in tha capacity of HR – Global Compensation & Mobility at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd since almost a decade. His previous Organisations were Capgemini,, Mastek,, iSmart International Ltd.
