My Profile in 200 words - Lokesh chose to be a Motivational speaker, Champion Sales Team creator and Storyteller to Inspire and Influence people through the power of his lessons and stories so that they can bring a positive change to their professional and personal life leading to a Happy, Healthy & Wealthy life. In the last 5 years Lokesh has conducted over 200 sessions across companies, institutions and communities on various subjects like Sales, Goal setting, Dreams, Mindset of a winner, Team building, Change management and financial wellness. He has also helped over 150 speakers with their script and got them stage ready. One of the talk shows curated and hosted by Lokesh has crossed 4.50 million views on various social media platforms. In August 2023 Lokesh was felicitated by The Honourable President of India Smt. Draupadi Murmu in New Delhi for his Storytelling, Mentoring and Curation. Lokesh curated and Mentored Pune Literary Festival under the banner of AWWA in October 2023.
In his first innings Lokesh worked in the financial services industry for over 23 years in leadership roles for brands like HDFC, Franklin Templeton, ICICI Prudential and Motilal Oswal heading India and Middle East markets.
