Loly Vadassery

Ms. Loly Vadassery is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Datamatics Business Solutions Ltd and leads the Human Resources, Process Excellence and Compliance functions. Her experience of close to 27 years in HR spans across Strategic HR, Culture transformation, Organization Development, Organization design, Leadership coaching and Leadership development. A Commerce Graduate, she has also done her M.Sc. in Psychotherapy and Counselling from the Institute of Psychotherapy and Management Sciences. She is also an ICF accredited ACC coach and an NLP practitioner. She was awarded as a Finalist in the LinkedIn Conscious Business Leadership Awards in May 2016 and also featured as a Thought Leader in the Linkedin Annual Coffee Table book in January 2017. She featured on the cover story of CIO views in November 2022 as one of "Top 10 most influential HR executives to watch out for in 2022" and also featured in the World Leaders Magazine as one of the visionary leaders in Tech in May 2023.
