Lynn Wong, a seasoned professional in Learning & Development (L&D), currently holds the position of Vice President at ERA Singapore. Her vast experience spanning 15 years has been pivotal in moulding the organisation's success through various learning initiatives. Her understanding of strategic objectives, combined with her industry-wide experience, has enabled her to adeptly manage complex challenges within the field of L&D, thereby promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Lynn exhibits a strong belief in the transformative impact of upskilling and is committed to optimising the full potential of individuals she engages with.
