Biography

With a remarkable blend of 35 years encompassing academia, consultancy, and training across diverse organizations, Dr. Noel Racho stands as a prominent figure in the field of Organization Development. Armed with a Ph.D. from the Southeast Asia Interdisciplinary Development Institute (SAIDI), Dr. Racho has been instrumental in steering academic institutions, corporate entities, government, and non-government organizations towards their organizational development goals. His expertise has been sought after as a resource person or consultant by an array of esteemed institutions and organizations and various esteemed universities and colleges across the Philippines. He is a Certified International Human Resources Manager.

His significant contributions extend to being a founding officer of the Academe sector within the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) and co-authoring the book "Human Resources: Global and Local Perspectives Outcomes-Based Learning." His impactful research on Change Management in Organizations through Performance Management earned international recognition during the 2nd International Conference on Business and Communication in Indonesia. He served as a Visiting Professor at Molloy College in Long Island, New York, USA.

His demonstrated leadership in developing innovative HR strategies earned him the HR Leadership Award for Asia at the 14th Asia's Employer Brand Awards. He was celebrated as a thought leader and game-changer in the HR Academe Industry among esteemed HR Directors from across different industries in the book entitled: "The 50 HR Leaders Reimagining the Filipino Organization"

His commitment to pioneering HR practices and advancing organizational development makes him a significant contributor to the HR landscape.
