Biography

Reena is a seasoned multi-disciplinary professional with 20 years in the financial services industry and a strong focus on leadership, governance, legal and HR.
Holder of a BSc in Economics (University of Mauritius), LLB (University of London), LLM – Masters in International Financial and Commercial Law (King’s College, London). Fellow member of the Governance Institute, UK and chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, UK.
Also author of Governance papers, published under the label Reshaping the Agenda and in academic journals.
