Dr. Sujata Bhatia

Dr. Sujata Bhatia is an inspiration in Positive Organization Development (OD), blending academics with rich professional experiences, guided by the principles of her 'FIDA WITH GITA' publication, culminating in a Ph.D. in Positive Psychology for OD from Bodhisastra University, USA, and having graduated in MSC. Agribusiness Management from Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand and an honours Double Degree Program from Kasetsart University, Thailand with a BSC in Tropical Agriculture and a BBA in International Business.

As the Founder of AARYATA, a platform championing personal and professional enhancement, she empowers individuals and organizations through coaching in IKIGAI, OKRs, Theory U, and Appreciative Inquiry. Dr. Sujata is an advisor to the "Hindu Samaj" in Bangkok, sharing Sanatan Dharam's essence and actively involved in Youth Leadership Programs with the Thai Ministry of Culture, reflecting her commitment to fostering multicultural awareness and management skills.

Her cross-cultural journey includes representation at prestigious United Nations platforms such as the Young Voices for Change program and the ASEAN Student Exchange, cementing her dedication to encouraging global understanding and leadership skills.

With over a decade of commitment to coaching, Dr. Sujata has facilitated students from diverse cultures and backgrounds, teaching goal settings, research skills, and professional presentations to motivate and boost their self-confidence. Her influence has extended as a keynote speaker in various student exchange programs across Asia, empowering students from India, Nepal,Vietnam, Malaysia, Cambodia, China, the Philippines, and more.

Dr. Bhatia's achievements and recognitions further amplify her credibility as a certified coach by ICF Thailand chapter, serving as a moderator for the Thailand Coaching Institute and Thailand Coaching Forum's OKRs in Future Design Coaching. Her contributions to Agriculture and Food were acknowledged when she served as the Project Manager and Moderator for the Center for Advanced Studies for Agriculture and Food, Kasetsart University, Thailand.
