Swathi Pasumarti

Swathi Pasumarti is a Total Rewards Leader who holds 12+ years of experience in helping organizations develop compelling compensation, benefits and wellness programs that help them attract, engage, and delight their employees. She worked in both consulting and in-house excellence roles across multiple organizations in developing compelling total rewards value propositions. In her current role, she leads Total Rewards for PepsiCo’s Global Business Services. She is supporting over seven hubs across multiple countries in providing total rewards advisory and has played a pivotal role in bringing the total rewards offering in the Hyderabad centre to life over the last five years, since the inception of the hub in 2019. She is a mother of two boys, an active mentor, strong supporter of women in workforce, influential blogger and more.
