Biography

Vamshi Patwari is a seasoned HR professional passionate about pioneering change, fostering excellence, leading & steering HR transformations, and leadership development. He holds an MSc in Leadership Science and a Masters in HR Management & Development from Salford University, UK. He holds the highest certifications in HR from the Indian Institute of Management - Bangalore– Next Gen CHRO program, Digital Transformation for Strategic HR Leaders from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning, CIPD Advanced Level 7 Human Resources Management, and he also holds certifications in NLP, Deep Transformation coaching & Happiness coaching.

Vamshi brings over 2 decades of orchestrating human potential expertise in architecting the very essence through a meticulous blend of talent cultivation, leadership development, and operational finesse. His journey through the echelons of Human Resources, spanning over a decade of exceptional experience in building enabling engaged and capable people power across diverse industries.

In his career in Human Resources, he has worked with some of the best companies in India & UAE, covering sectors of Information Technology, Education & Biotechnology.

Currently, he holds the role of Group Chief Human Capital Officer with a reputed one of the top 5 Family-owned Businesses in UAE, The Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group, a recognized UAE conglomerate with 27 business units with primary interests in the Retail, Consumer, Building & Construction, Industrial, Manufacturing and Joint Ventures markets with reporting to the Group CEO; has been instrumental in handpicking and onboarding the CXO & business leaders across the Group and now is working on the key levers of the people strategy to enable and spearheading several greenfield and brownfield HR transformation projects and has deep expertise in Change Management, Business units consolidations, Total Rewards, Org Restructuring & Change Management, HR Technology, Strategic Workforce Planning, Corporate Strategy, Leadership Development & Talent Management frameworks.

He was honored to have received the first-ever launched "Founders Award 2022" for the Group Human Capital Department in the 'Best Performing Corporate Department" category, which resonates with his strategic insight and unwavering proficiency in steering human capital function to catalyze organizational success.
