Biography

Dr. Virender Saroha is a Results-driven and seasoned HR leader with an impressive 28+ years track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies to drive organizational growth and employee engagement.. Well versed with the process of taking disciplinary measures, conducting domestic enquiries, handling all legal matters, Handling all Complex IR matters/situations e.g. Strike, Slow down etc. Highly proficient in representing in front of various state/ statutory authorities including conciliation proceedings at various stages including Labour Commissioner level in critical IR matters, labour court cases.
