Ankita comes with 14+ years of cross cultural experience in HR, specializing in organizational development, employee engagement, learning and development and change management. She drives HR, Administration and travel transformational strategies as a "Business Partner" across varied geographies including building organizational set-ups, policies, processes to achieve varied objectives such as growth, cost optimization, etc.

Prior to joining CIGNEX Datamatics, during her last stint as Head - Employee Relations, OD & Fun @ Work in Datamatics Global Services Limited, she handled talent management, rewards & recognition, employee life cycle and change management.
