I am sure all of you will join me in saluting Raju for the best ever World HR event last week. The sessions, the dignitaries, the 89 country delegates all exceeded all our past events. This event should be the pinnacle of all the past events. One man has shown what he can do and that's Raju. We saw likes of Mr Narayan Murthy spending over 2 hours at our event by no means a small achievement. This success also puts to rest one debate as to which is the largest HR event and clearly World HR congress 2011 is far above the rest.Thanks are also due to Mr Bhaskar Chatterjee,Mr.Arun Arora and Mr. Harish Mehta for their guidance and all other core team members and sponsors for their support.

Dear Raju :

My hearty congratulations for a very successful event. This time it was better than the last and I am sure you would make the next one better than this. With God's grace and your hard work you are creating new benchmarks all the time. No one knows more than you that organising such mega events which are spread over many days is extremely energy sapping. All of us including you are not getting younger no matter how much energetic we are. Emotional and physical fatigue is known to trigger suboptimal response. And, since these actions/reactions take place at the spur of the moment, we can generally not plan for them to always contribute positively to our business/strategy/other interests. Therefore, as a rule they mostly end in an erosion of our brand equity.
You outburst is perfectly natural and understandable. Perhaps we would have been able to achieve better results if we could have limited this within the group of a few friends and collectively planned to eliminate the reasons for heartburn for future. I want to reassure you that Harishbhai and I have expressed what we have because of our concern and affection for you and both of us want to see you scaling much greater heights in future.
