Shalini is the Office Managing Partner for Bangalore and is responsible for representing the firm in the Market especially for large Client Accounts.
Shalini is also the Head of People, Performance & Culture (PPC) for KPMG in India. She is part of the India Leadership team and a member of Board for a few KPMG entities.
  In her HR role, Shalini is responsible for all aspects of the HR function, encompassing manpower planning and talent acquisition, organization design and development, learning and development, performance management, rewards and recognition and employee relations.

  Professional and Industry Experience
Over a career in management consulting, spanning 20 years Shalini has been involved in delivering a full range of business advisory and financial consulting services to clients across a wide range of industries. She has worked with many large and medium sized organizations, helping them define and realize their strategic objectives and growth targets.

  Shalini used to lead our Post Merger Integration services business and has led the operational integration across sectors ranging from Financial Services, Telecom, Pharmaceuticals, ITES and consumer products and in successfully managing the program across all aspects of the business value chain

In her CFO Advisory role, she was involved in :
assisting players review their finance function and help them redefine objectives and goals
enabling transformation of the finance function through structural realignment, process redesign and overall efficiency enhancement
adopting new models to enhance finance function efficiency and effectiveness, ie consolidating processes through establishing the 'Shared Service Centre' model
Enhancing efficiencies of forecasting and working capital management, etc

Today, Shalini represents KPMG India in several forums which focus on the People Agenda, and work on analyzing the market dynamics, study evolving trends and come up with new and innovative solutions to address the needs of the future workforce.
