Babatunde Awoyemi is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 13 years work experience in HR management and background of repeated success spanning over several industries which includes Manufacturing, Luxury, Agric-Business etc. He has transformed disorganized HR organizations into cost-efficient strategic entities and valued partners in attaining top-priority business goals.

He is an alumnus of Lagos State Polytechnic and the prestigious Lagos Business School having attended the MAP and several executive program. Babatunde currently serves as the Head, Human Resources & Administration at Lifecare Agro-Processing and Pioneer Head of the Strategic Business Unit, Cocoa Division.
