Neeti Sharma is a seasoned leader in the learning and staffing industry, currently serving as the CEO of TeamLease Digital. With over three decades of experience, she guides the company with a clear focus on strategic growth and operational excellence. Recognized by HolonIQ as one of the ‘Top 200 Women Founders in EdTech,’ Neeti has played a significant role in shaping TeamLease's trajectory through various leadership roles.

Throughout her career, Neeti has emphasized aligning team goals with organizational objectives, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability. Her leadership extends to key initiatives such a pioneering lead in India’s first PPP employment exchange in Karnataka, driven by her passion for developing skill-based education across the nation. Likewise, she has been a key figure in founding TeamLease Skills University—India’s first Skills University. Neeti has also co-authored a book on ‘Making India Employable’, with her insights for creating employment and enhancing workforce readiness. She is an active member of the CIA, part of the CII Skills Committee, and a TIE Charter Member, where she contributes her expertise to mentoring emerging entrepreneurs.
