She has led Talent Management, Leadership Development and Succession Planning for Godrej Leaders from 2007-2010. There she led the whole process from running development centers for talent identification to identifying Hi-potential employees and creating and implementing IDP's for them and Succession planning. Her 13 years of experience in the Training & Leadership Development domain, designing & delivering training programs on Leadership, Executive Presence, Communication etc. and from being an Art of Living and Meditation Instructor, add a unique dimension to her training, coaching and keynote speeches. Alpa uses her unique approach, which combines, mind, body, spirit to help her clients make powerful personal transformations in their professional as well as personal lives and Leadership stye.

Alpa coaches Leaders and executives from all sectors at a Mid – Senior Leadership Level.
